Table of Contents
Sales statistics by order
The order – sales by date tab will open first. In the report, you can set the time period for which you want to view statistics: year, last month, this month, last 7 days, and you can also enter your own report period range.
The column on the left shows the numeric values shown in the graph. Here you will find the values of gross and net sales for the period, average gross and net daily sales for the period, the number of orders and purchased items. In addition, you will see the values of returned orders, used coupons and the amount of shipping costs.
You can export all data to csv. You will find the required link in the upper right corner of the table.
Sales statistics by product
You have several links above the report table. We were the first to review an overview of sales by order. The following link is Sales by Product .
On this page, you can select the product for which you want to see a sales report. You will find a list of products on the left side of the screen. You can also view top selling products, top free products or the most earning products.
The product sales report is displayed after clicking on its name in the list. You can also search for a specific product by clicking on the Product Finder link. You can set the date for the product sales report in the same way as in the order report.
Report by category
On the next report page, you can view statistics by category. On the left side of the page, you’ll find the categories for which you need to see a report. You can enter multiple categories at once. You can set up the report again for the selected time period.
In a similar way, you can view statistics on used coupons and download statistics for downloadable products.
Order overview – comparison of customers and visitors
When you click on the Customers tab at the top of the statistics page, you will be taken to the page of comparison purchases of registered and unregistered customers. You can set this again for different periods.
The Customer List link displays a list of customers, the number of their orders, the amount of their purchases and the date of the last order placed.
Inventory statistics
At the top of the warehouse tab you will find three lines. The first of them shows a list of low-stock products. Click on the second link to see a list of products that are not in stock. The last list is the list of products with the largest stocks.
Tax reports
The last tab displays an overview of taxes for the given period. You can view a tax report by code or by date. In the lists you will find information about the tax rate, number of orders, amount of tax, value of transport tax and value of total tax.
