SuperSaaS is a flexible online booking system for appointments, group classes, rentals, resources, and more complex combinations of multiple calendars. In this review, I checked the current pricing, future-booking limits, WordPress integration, payments, calendars, support, and independent user ratings.

Quick summary
SuperSaaS is especially interesting for businesses that need flexible booking rules without per-employee fees. Every paid plan includes the same features, and pricing increases with the number of future bookings. Global paid plans start at $9 per month, while the Free plan supports up to 50 future appointments.
My SuperSaaS rating: 9/10. I particularly like the flexible setup, unlimited staff and schedules on paid plans, 35 supported languages, WordPress integration, and broad integration options. The main downsides are a less intuitive initial setup and the lack of phone-based customer support.
What is SuperSaaS?
SuperSaaS is a cloud-based booking system from Amsterdam that has been available since 2007 and supports individual appointments, group events, and resource bookings. The provider says more than 205,000 businesses use the system, while end-user screens are available in 35 languages.
The platform can be configured for consultations, classes, sports facilities, rooms, equipment, training, rentals, or workflows that combine staff and resource availability in a single booking process.
Paid plans are not priced by employee count. You can add unlimited staff, locations, and schedules, while pricing depends primarily on the number of future bookings currently stored in the system.
Pricing and plans
SuperSaaS offers a free plan and paid plans from $9 to $180 per month based on the number of future bookings. Paid plans do not limit registered users and include the same feature set. Paying more primarily buys greater booking capacity and more retained booking history rather than extra features.
| Price / month | Future bookings | Registered users | Past bookings retained |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 50 | 50 | 500 |
| $9 | 100 | Unlimited | 1,000 |
| $18 | 300 | Unlimited | 3,000 |
| $28 | 600 | Unlimited | 6,000 |
| $38 | 900 | Unlimited | 9,000 |
| $48 | 1,500 | Unlimited | 15,000 |
| $70 | 3,000 | Unlimited | 30,000 |
| $98 | 6,000 | Unlimited | 60,000 |
| $120 | 9,000 | Unlimited | 90,000 |
| $150 | 12,000 | Unlimited | 120,000 |
| $180 | 15,000 | Unlimited | 150,000 |
A “future booking” means an appointment that has not happened yet. Once the appointment takes place, it no longer counts toward the current limit. The same plan can therefore handle substantially more monthly bookings if customers do not book very far in advance.
If you exceed the limit, SuperSaaS sends a warning and provides time to upgrade or reduce the number of future bookings. Smaller businesses can also control usage by limiting how far ahead customers are allowed to schedule.
Tip: You can find current promotions and coupons in the deals section. With SuperSaaS, pay particular attention to the number of active future bookings because that is the main factor determining the plan you need.
Features and capabilities
SuperSaaS is built around a flexible booking engine, and most features are not locked behind more expensive tiers. You can create individual appointments, group events, and resource bookings while configuring waiting lists, payments, pricing rules, forms, reminders, and integrations. Paid plans differ primarily in capacity.
Appointments, groups, and resources
SuperSaaS supports one-to-one appointments, group classes or events, and resource or rental bookings. A single account can combine staff, room, and equipment availability with custom rules, capacity, cancellation conditions, minimum notice, and waiting lists.
This is useful for classes, sports, rentals, and services where a simple appointment calendar is not enough. The detailed setup takes more effort at first, but it allows the system to match unusual workflows.
WordPress and website integration
SuperSaaS can be embedded into an existing site using a link, button, iframe, or WordPress integration, and single sign-on is also supported. The booking logic stays in the SuperSaaS cloud, so WordPress does not need to run the complete booking engine inside its own database.
The advantage is lower technical load on your hosting and simpler maintenance. The trade-off is less direct control than with a fully self-hosted WordPress booking system.
Google Calendar, Outlook, and iCalendar
SuperSaaS supports Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, and iCalendar synchronization, with two-way sync available for Google Calendar. External events can block availability, and SuperSaaS bookings can be written into a staff member’s calendar.
In larger teams, each employee can keep using their normal calendar, while adding more staff does not automatically increase the subscription price through per-seat fees.
Online payments and pricing rules
SuperSaaS supports Stripe, PayPal, PayU, Mollie, Square, and other payment providers depending on country, and it does not add its own transaction fee on top of the payment provider’s costs. Bank transfers, credits, invoices, coupons, promotions, and dynamic pricing are also supported.
Pricing can depend on booking length, time, season, weekend, add-on services, or occupancy. You can also create early-bird and last-minute rules and use credits for prepaid packages.
SMS and email reminders
SuperSaaS can send automatic email and SMS confirmations and reminders, with SMS delivered through external providers. That gives you flexibility in choosing an SMS service, but the message cost is separate from the SuperSaaS subscription.
Notifications can go to both customers and staff when bookings are created or changed. For high-value appointments, SMS reminders can help reduce missed appointments.
Zoom, Zapier, API, and integrations
SuperSaaS offers integrations with Zoom, Zapier, APIs, webhooks, and custom JavaScript. A booking can automatically create a Zoom meeting, send data to another application, or trigger a custom automation workflow.
For more technical companies, the API and webhooks are particularly valuable because they allow SuperSaaS to connect with internal systems and custom workflows.
Advantages
SuperSaaS’s biggest advantage is flexibility without typical per-employee or per-feature fees. Paid plans contain the same core feature set and unlimited registered users. Other strengths include multiple booking types, WordPress integration, payments, calendar integrations, and broad language support.
- Free plan with 50 future bookings,
- paid plans from $9 per month,
- no per-employee fees,
- all core features across all paid plans,
- appointments, groups, and resources,
- WordPress integration,
- Google Calendar, Outlook, and Zoom,
- Stripe, PayPal, PayU, and other payment gateways,
- API, webhooks, Zapier, and custom JavaScript.
Disadvantages
SuperSaaS can be less intuitive for beginners than simpler booking apps because it offers a large number of rules and options. Free includes ads and a 50-future-booking limit, phone support is unavailable, and SMS requires an external provider with separate costs. Pricing rises as future-booking capacity increases.
- steeper learning curve for advanced setup,
- ads and a 50-booking limit on Free,
- no phone-based customer support,
- SMS is a separate cost,
- price increases with future-booking volume,
- setup can take longer than with simpler SaaS tools.
My experience
For this review, I went through the current pricing, documentation, integrations, payments, WordPress options, support, and independent user ratings. I have not run my own booking business on SuperSaaS for years, so I am primarily evaluating the practical feature set, pricing model, and flexibility using current product information.
The biggest difference from competitors is the pricing model. For larger teams, it is useful that SuperSaaS does not charge each staff member separately. If you have several trainers or rooms, your price is driven more by future booking volume than headcount.
At the same time, SuperSaaS is not a product you open and configure perfectly in two minutes. Its value comes from the number of rules and options. If you do not need them, a simpler tool can feel better; if you do, the complexity becomes a competitive advantage.
For WordPress projects, I like the combination of a cloud booking engine and website integration. You do not need to run the complete booking stack inside WordPress, but you can still embed it directly into the site.
User reviews
Independent SuperSaaS user ratings are very positive and frequently highlight flexibility, calendar management, and support quality. At the end of September 2026, SuperSaaS had a 4.6/5 rating on Capterra and 4.9/5 on Trustpilot.
Users often praise reminders, WordPress integration, and flexible calendar management. More critical feedback mainly concerns the number of options and navigating advanced settings.
Alternatives
For an international audience, the most relevant alternatives are Reservio, SimplyBook.me, and WooCommerce Bookings. Reservio is easier for daily service management, SimplyBook.me offers a broad add-on ecosystem, and WooCommerce Bookings suits businesses already using WordPress and WooCommerce. SuperSaaS stands out for flexible rules and the lack of per-staff fees.
Reservio
Reservio is a better fit if you want a more streamlined system for appointments, clients, and team management. SuperSaaS is more flexible for unusual booking rules and resources.
See the details in my Reservio review.
SimplyBook.me
SimplyBook.me is a strong choice if you want a large catalog of add-ons, a client app, memberships, packages, and marketing features. SuperSaaS has a simpler pricing principle without charging by staff count or feature tier.
More details are available in my SimplyBook.me review.
WooCommerce Bookings
WooCommerce Bookings makes sense if you already use WooCommerce and want bookings in the same store environment. It requires more technical setup and maintenance but gives you more control over your own website stack.
Support and contact
SuperSaaS operates as a self-service system with extensive documentation and email support, but it does not offer phone-based customer support. Guides, videos, FAQs, and a contact form are available. The provider says this model helps keep prices low.
SuperSaaS is operated by SuperSaaS B.V., Strawinskylaan 6, 1077 XZ Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The company states that data is hosted in the EU and the service is designed with GDPR requirements in mind.
Summary and rating
I rate SuperSaaS 9/10 and recommend it primarily to businesses that need flexible booking without rising per-employee fees. Its strengths include several schedule types, integrations, WordPress support, and payments. The main compromise is the more complex setup and the absence of phone support.
I recommend SuperSaaS for trainers, sports centers, schools, instructors, consultants, rental businesses, larger teams, and anyone who needs to combine appointments, groups, and resources.
SuperSaaS may not be ideal if you want the simplest possible setup or require phone support. In those cases, Reservio or another simpler scheduling platform may be easier to adopt.
Frequently asked questions
The most common questions concern the free plan, how future bookings are counted, pricing, WordPress, calendars, and online payments. The pricing model differs from many competitors because it is driven primarily by future-booking capacity rather than the number of staff members or unlocked features.
Is SuperSaaS free?
Yes. Free includes 50 future bookings, 50 registered users, and storage for 500 past bookings. The plan contains ads, and you can upgrade later without migrating your booking data.
How much does SuperSaaS cost?
Paid plans start at $9 per month for capacity of 100 future bookings. Higher tiers currently cost $18, $28, $38, $48, $70, $98, $120, $150, and $180 per month depending on capacity.
What does the future-booking limit mean?
The limit applies only to appointments scheduled in the future, not the number of bookings created in a month. Once an appointment takes place, it stops counting toward the limit.
Does SuperSaaS work with WordPress?
Yes. SuperSaaS can be integrated into WordPress and the booking schedule can be embedded directly into a site. Single sign-on is also supported while the booking engine remains cloud-hosted.
Does SuperSaaS support Google Calendar?
Yes. It supports Google Calendar, Outlook, and iCalendar, with two-way synchronization available for Google Calendar. External events can block availability.
Does SuperSaaS support online payments?
Yes. SuperSaaS supports Stripe, PayPal, PayU, and other payment providers depending on country. SuperSaaS does not add its own transaction fee on top of the payment provider’s charges.
