SuperFaktúra is a comprehensive online invoicing tool intended for self-employed people, companies and e-shops. It offers a fast and efficient solution for issuing invoices without unnecessary listing of addresses and other data about your customers. And not only that. It covers the entire business process, from the preparation of a price offer, through an advance invoice, to the issuing of an invoice for delivered products or services.
The personalization of each invoice is a matter of course. You can add your own logo, signature and stamp to the issued documents.

Disadvantages
Each system certainly has its disadvantages. However, I didn’t come across any during my use. Issuing invoices is fast — it only takes 2 minutes for the first invoice. The whole system is transparent. In addition to customer support, short video tutorials are available for new users to quickly familiarize themselves with individual functions. However, most activities can be handled without the need to view them.
The price
SuperFaktúra is available for everyone to try for free for up to 30 days. After this time, you can choose from several paid packages that differ from each other in terms of the range of services provided. Their price starts from €4.50 per month. Payments for the use of this tool can be made monthly, semi-annually and annually.
The number of created invoices, contacts, delivery notes and registered cost items is unlimited for each package.
Additional services such as data import, API connection or custom data editing can be added to the basic packages . Convenient additional services are also sending documents by post and sending comments via SMS.
Administration
After logging into your personal account, you can view various reports. For example, an overview of receivables and payables and the current balance of your business, both numerically and graphically. Here you can also create a new invoice and other documents.
You can view the current list of issued invoices here. They can be sorted according to several criteria. For example, by status (paid, overdue), amounts and clients. Here you will also find records of your costs, a list of customers, suppliers, and the like. When issuing invoices, you will also appreciate the possibility of uploading available data of Slovak and Czech business entities. Thanks to this, you will not have to copy or rewrite them.
SuperFaktúra also simplifies other activities. From the system, in addition to exporting data to an accounting or other system, it is possible to export data for courier services, record journeys, warehouse status, activate simple online payments for invoices, import older invoices issued in Excel, upload bank statements and pair them with invoices or expenses, and much more other.
