FLOWii is a Slovak cloud business management system that combines CRM, jobs, projects, tasks, invoicing, income and expenses, attendance, inventory and team collaboration in one environment. In this review, I looked at the current pricing, features, limits, integrations, support, user feedback and the most relevant alternatives for small and medium-sized businesses.

Quick summary
I rate FLOWii 8.5/10 and recommend it mainly to freelancers and small to medium-sized companies that want CRM, jobs, invoices, finance, attendance and inventory in one system. Its biggest advantage is the breadth of day-to-day business functions. The main limitation is that it is not a full accounting or manufacturing ERP platform.
FLOWii makes the most sense for a company currently using several spreadsheets and standalone apps and looking to replace them with one simpler platform. I also like the free invoicing option for one user, the 30-day trial of all features and the ability to pay only for the areas your business actually needs.
What is FLOWii?
FLOWii is a cloud business management system designed mainly for freelancers and small to medium-sized companies. It combines customer management, sales, jobs, tasks, invoicing, business finance, attendance, inventory and emailing. The modules share data, so you do not have to enter the same customer or job information repeatedly across separate applications.
FLOWii has been on the market since 2011 and says more than 4,800 companies in Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Hungary actively use the platform. It is aimed at businesses ranging from individual users to teams with hundreds of employees.
Unlike a broad ERP such as Odoo, FLOWii tries to remain relatively straightforward. It is not built for complex manufacturing or as a complete accounting system. Its role is to connect common sales, project, invoicing, finance and workforce processes in one SaaS platform.
Pricing and plans
FLOWii currently offers FREE, FLEXii, CRM and PREMIUM licensing options. FREE costs €0, CRM costs €11 per user per month and PREMIUM costs €26 per user per month. With annual billing, CRM falls to €9.35 and PREMIUM to €22.10 per user per month. FLEXii pricing depends on the individual solutions you select.
| License | Monthly price | Annual billing – monthly equivalent | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| FREE | €0 | €0 | 1 user, free invoicing and limited use of other solutions |
| FLEXii | Depends on selected modules | 15% cheaper with annual billing | Companies that want only selected areas such as inventory, attendance or finance |
| CRM | €11 / user | €9.35 / user | Companies that need invoicing, tasks, events and sales opportunities |
| PREMIUM | €26 / user | €22.10 / user | Companies that want all main FLOWii solutions |
FLEXii is useful if you only need selected modules. Instead of buying a broad package, you can combine individual areas and pay according to the configuration you choose. That can make FLOWii more economical for a company with a narrow set of needs.
You can try all FLOWii features free for 30 days. After the trial, you can continue on FREE or move to a paid setup. Before paying, I would test a real workflow from customer and job management through tasks, invoicing and payment tracking rather than evaluating only isolated features.
Tip: You can find current promotions and coupons in the deals section. FLOWii currently offers a 15% discount with annual billing.
Features and specifications
FLOWii covers the main operational processes of a small or medium-sized business: customers, sales, jobs, tasks, invoices, income and expenses, attendance, inventory and company communication. The biggest benefit comes from using several modules together because customer, project, document and team data remain connected.
CRM and sales opportunities
FLOWii CRM is used to manage customers, contacts, communication and sales opportunities. Sales teams can track prospects and existing clients, contact history, tasks and deal status. The main advantage is the direct connection with jobs, invoicing and other parts of the platform.
For a smaller company, it is useful that CRM does not have to remain an isolated contact database. After winning a customer, you can continue with a job, assign tasks, monitor costs and issue documents without recreating the same data in another system.
Jobs, projects and tasks
FLOWii lets you manage jobs, projects and tasks with deadlines, responsibilities, time tracking and a financial view. Employees can work with tasks, activities, notifications and comments. Time can be tracked automatically or manually and compared with the planned duration of the work.
For each job you can see how much time the team actually used and how costs or profitability are developing. For agencies, construction, installation and service companies, this is more useful than a simple task list with no connection to the customer or business economics.
Invoicing
Invoicing is one of FLOWii’s key features and is available to one user even on the free license. You can create invoices and related documents, record payments, work with price lists and connect billing information with customers, jobs and inventory.
FLOWii is not a full accounting system, so final statutory accounting may remain in a separate platform. That distinction is important: FLOWii is primarily an operational business system that helps keep invoicing and management data connected with day-to-day work.
Income, expenses and banks
FLOWii’s finance module provides management-level tracking of income and expenses and connects them with invoices, jobs and banking data. A business owner can monitor where money is coming from and where costs arise without using the accounting system itself for every daily management question.
FLOWii supports bank integrations, although availability depends on the bank and market. The company also offers integration options for other systems. Before deployment, I would verify whether the exact banking services your company uses are supported.
Attendance
FLOWii’s attendance module tracks arrivals, departures and working time from the office, home or field. The attendance terminal can run on a computer or a standard Android tablet, so the company does not need dedicated attendance hardware. Reports can then be used as payroll inputs.
This differentiates FLOWii from pure CRM and project tools. A company can manage customer work and employee attendance in the same environment, which can reduce administration for teams working across offices, construction sites and customer locations.
Inventory
FLOWii includes online inventory management for basic stock receipts, issues and movements, directly connected with invoicing. This reduces repeated data entry and is useful for service or trading companies that need more than invoicing but do not require an enterprise warehouse management system.
For advanced logistics, complex manufacturing or large-scale warehouse processes, a broader ERP is likely to be a better fit. In that case, I recommend comparing FLOWii with Odoo.
Integrations and API
FLOWii can connect with cloud storage, calendars, automation platforms, accounting tools and banking services. Officially listed integrations include Google Drive, OneDrive, Google Calendar, Make and Zapier. A REST API is available with paid licenses for custom connections.
The REST API currently covers areas such as invoicing, products and services, finance, attendance, tasks, partners, sales opportunities, jobs and notifications. FLOWii states a daily limit of 25,000 API calls. The FREE license does not include API access.
Pros
FLOWii’s biggest advantage is that it combines many everyday business functions in one relatively simple system. A small company does not need a separate app for CRM, jobs, invoices, attendance, inventory and tasks. The modular pricing also makes it possible to avoid paying for every function if you only need selected areas.
- CRM, jobs, tasks, invoicing, finance, attendance and inventory in one environment,
- free invoicing option for one user,
- 30-day free trial of all features,
- FLEXii licensing for selected modules,
- 15% annual billing discount,
- Google Drive, OneDrive, Google Calendar, Make and Zapier integrations,
- REST API for paid licenses,
- attendance system without dedicated hardware,
- international English website and support resources.
Cons
FLOWii is not a full accounting or manufacturing ERP system, which is its main limitation. The range of modules may be insufficient for large or process-heavy companies. As the team grows, you also need to monitor the total subscription cost because CRM and PREMIUM are priced per user.
- no full statutory accounting system,
- not intended for complex manufacturing or advanced MRP,
- smaller integration ecosystem than major global ERP platforms,
- PREMIUM can become more expensive as the team grows,
- API is not available on the free license,
- specific business processes may require custom API work,
- there are still relatively few independent international reviews.
My experience
For this review, I went through FLOWii’s current pricing, product pages, documentation, integrations, support resources and independent user feedback. I have not used FLOWii as the main system in my own company on a long-term daily basis, so I will not pretend to have experience I do not have. My rating focuses on functionality, pricing and suitability for small and medium-sized businesses.
What stands out to me is how many everyday processes can be covered without turning the platform into a full enterprise ERP. CRM, jobs, invoicing, attendance, inventory and basic finance can all live in one environment, which is attractive for smaller companies trying to move away from spreadsheets.
That narrower scope is both an advantage and a disadvantage. A smaller company may deploy FLOWii more easily than a large ERP, but if you need complex manufacturing, statutory accounting or highly specialized workflows, you will probably hit its limits earlier than with Odoo.
Before paying, I would use the 30-day trial and test a real process from customer acquisition through job management and tasks to invoicing and payment. FLOWii’s value comes from the connection between modules, so judging only one isolated feature misses much of the point.
User reviews
FLOWii still has very few independent reviews on large international software platforms, so I would not draw a strong statistical conclusion from them. When checked, G2 showed only one validated review from a current user in 2026. That review highlighted free invoicing, simple CRM and bank connectivity positively.
FLOWii itself says more than 4,800 companies in Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Hungary actively use the platform. That is a provider claim rather than an independent review statistic. I would therefore rely more on the 30-day trial than on an average star rating when deciding whether FLOWii fits your company.
Alternatives
The most relevant alternatives to FLOWii are Caflou, Odoo and Pipedrive. Caflou is similarly focused on smaller service businesses, Odoo is a much broader ERP platform and Pipedrive is a more specialized sales CRM. The right choice depends on whether you need all-in-one operations, a full ERP or primarily sales management.
Caflou
Caflou is closest to FLOWii for service companies that need CRM, projects, invoicing, cash flow and team management. FLOWii adds attendance and inventory, while Caflou looks stronger to me in project economics, cash flow and automation. Both aim to replace several small tools with one connected environment.
If project-based work and profitability are at the center of the business, I recommend reading my Caflou review. If attendance and simple inventory are also important, FLOWii may be the more practical fit.
Odoo
Odoo is more suitable if you need a broader ERP ecosystem with inventory, manufacturing, accounting, eCommerce and extensive customization options. FLOWii is a much simpler solution for an ordinary small or medium-sized company, while Odoo has a far higher ceiling for complex business processes.
I would choose Odoo for manufacturing, large warehouses, complex eCommerce or custom modules. FLOWii is better when you want to deploy CRM, jobs, invoicing, attendance and basic inventory more quickly. You can read more in my Odoo review.
Pipedrive
Pipedrive is a better fit if you mainly need sales CRM, a pipeline and a simple experience for the sales team. FLOWii is broader because it also includes jobs, invoicing, attendance, finance and inventory. If you do not need those modules, Pipedrive’s narrower focus may be more efficient.
I would prefer FLOWii if you also want to manage service delivery and day-to-day company operations. Pipedrive makes more sense when accounting, project management and other systems are already handled elsewhere and the main need is a professional sales workflow.
Support and contact
FLOWii customer support is available on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM by email and phone. The company also offers online consultations and setup assistance. The international contact page lists customer service at +421 948 411 307 and a separate sales contact for demonstrations and training.
FLOWii is operated by FLOWii s.r.o. in Slovakia and also has a contact address in the Czech Republic. For international users, the English website, pricing and product pages make it possible to evaluate the platform without relying on Slovak-language materials.
Summary and rating
I rate FLOWii 8.5/10 and consider it a strong option for freelancers and small to medium-sized companies that want several operational tools in one system. Its biggest advantage is the combination of CRM, jobs, invoicing, finance, attendance and inventory. Its main limitation is the lack of full accounting and advanced manufacturing ERP functionality.
I recommend FLOWii to service, construction, installation, trading, project-based and smaller distribution businesses that want to replace spreadsheets and several standalone applications with one platform. It is also useful for teams that need attendance or simple inventory alongside CRM and job management.
I do not recommend FLOWii to companies that need full statutory accounting, complex manufacturing, MRP or a very broad enterprise ERP ecosystem. In that case, I would look at Odoo or a specialized enterprise platform instead.
